The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) has held a workshop on the operationalization of records management manual for Records Management Unit and Executive officers at the KMA conference Hall.The purpose of the workshop is to evaluate the effectiveness of the new record management system, discuss the challenges in its implementation, and also to discuss the implementation of the new electronic system next year.
